Reading and testing are really important. Reading is something everyone should know how to do. When take test to see if we kow how to do something. Just like the MSA we take it to see if a school if we are improving. If we are not improving we as a school need to do something to make the test sorce higher. The higher the test sorce the better. So the more you read the higher. So being able to read and test well will determine if you pass or fail.
